Shipping Policy

At Barfi Bazaar, every order is prepared with care to ensure your sweets arrive fresh, intact, and ready to enjoy.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx and UPS to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

During warmer temperatures, all orders are carefully packed with insulated materials and ice packs to maintain freshness during transit.

Processing Time

All orders are freshly prepared and processed within 1 to 2 business days.

To maintain product quality, we ship Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed later in the week may be shipped the following week to avoid extended transit times.

Shipping and Delivery

Transit time typically ranges from 1 to 2 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and service selected.

While you may select a preferred shipping method at checkout, Barfi Bazaar reserves the right to use the most suitable carrier or service to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delays and Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Barfi Bazaar is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider including weather conditions, transit issues, or operational disruptions.

We carefully plan each shipment based on destination and conditions, but delays may occasionally occur outside of our control.

Delivery Responsibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, no refund will be issued.

If the carrier is unable to deliver on the first attempt, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate redelivery.

Once marked as delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to promptly bring the package inside. We are not responsible for damage caused by heat exposure or delays after delivery.

Address Changes

If your order has already shipped, address changes must be requested directly with the carrier using your tracking number. We are unable to modify shipping details once the package is in transit.

Shipping Issues

If your shipment is delayed or in transit longer than expected, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking link.

Barfi Bazaar does not have access to additional tracking details beyond what is provided in the tracking system.

For large orders, expedited shipping, or custom delivery requests, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
