At Barfi Bazaar, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Every order is carefully prepared and inspected before it leaves our facility.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@barfibazaar.com with your order number.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any food items.

However, we stand behind our product and will review concerns on a case by case basis under the conditions below.

Eligible Issues

We may offer a replacement or store credit in the following situations:

If you received the wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled during transit

If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier

Important Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can review your request.

Claims submitted without proper documentation may not be approved.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to promptly bring it inside.

We are not responsible for damage caused by delays in retrieving the package, exposure to heat, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Barfi Bazaar does not have access to additional tracking details beyond what is shown in the tracking system.
